just dropping a note..

i have been very very lazy to update anything. even though everyday i have so much stuff in my thoughts, plus the things that i do, and the emotions that i feel, bla bla bla ... all that that can be considered blog-worthy material. to sit down & type, i guess i'm over that phase. at least for the moment. haha..

soooo much has passed since i last updated. the exams ended, (non) elections took place, the epl anti-climaxed, Dia played its last episode, i turned 24, mount merapi erupted, liverpool lucked itself to the FA cup, the list can go on...

well lately i havent been doing much. work has been stop-start, & bumming around at home bores me. been trying to rush-read through the Da Vinci Code book before the movie version opens. so far i've succeeded only 18 pages, for the reading-on-the-bed approach only equates to one thing for me. sleep. every night without fail.

i have a couple of dvds waiting to be watched too. oddly i cant seem to spare the time to sit down and watch them when i can spend hours honing my Winning Eleven skills. haha. never mind, shall save them shows for the next dvd session im tinking of organising soon.

the only thing that i enjoy nowadays is riding my bike. no kidding. it gives me a sense of freedom & ease of mind, just cruising here & there to nowhere & everywhere. well of course i gotta watch the petrol consumption too la. yea and bit by bit now im slowly prepping up my bike, adding a little bit of accessories here & there if i have the extra money. the other day i went to this Yishun dam, where it's a scenic spot for the general public to chill out by the edges of the reservoir. a lot of families, car enthusiasts, & bikers were there. i met up with this group of malay riders, all super4 bikes. in total about 20 of us. imagine how fun it'd be if we were to ride in a convoy. hehe..

anyways, some of my friends are going off to bangkok. my cousin is asking me to go to bangkok. my colleagues were suggesting to go to bangkok. seems like that's the in destination to go aye. yea how i wish i could. cheap tees, interesting sights, happening nightlife. but too bad im stricken with loans now. not that i dont have the savings, but rather the thought of coming back after all the holidaying as a pauper. now that's a situation i wanna avoid. responsibilities i guess. shucks.

on another note, i went jogging 3 times over this past week. simply put, it was a total struggle. my fitness level has totally gone back to square -1. that's like reminiscient to my pre-rugby, pre-army days. all the puffing over the years, it showed. terrible. never mind la hopefully slowly i can regain some of it back.

ok i guess that's enough of a ramble for now. i'll try to keep the updates more consistent from now on aite. cheers.
